mogul screen dosent respond at all

the screen on my mogul just dosent seem to respond after i updated my divice i think it may have been the update not my screen failing because my softkey keybored dosent seem to work perfict anymore im on the offical sprint rom version3.56.651.0 im afraid if i do a hard reset i will just get stuck at the part where it tells me to align the screen mabey i can switch to a non touch rom?

do a hard reset. If you see the alignment screen. Just delete the "startup" or something similiar file from windows - startup with activesync.

If a hard reste doesnt fix the problem a different rom sure wont. Then your option is a replacement phone.

ok thanks i did a hard reset and i am stuck on the touch your screen to set up device cant i put a diffrent rom like one that dosent use the screen but instead uses the keyboard? plz help O.o
