Headset Button Assignment?

Is there an app out there that allows you to assign buttons on a headset (bt or wired, but i use a wired one) to an action of your choice?

because when i hold the button on my headset it does the voice dial app, which is nice, but i want it to launch microsoft voice command...

any input?
