I got my HTC 6800 Titan (Sprint) last week. I got my 4 GIG card from Amazon dot com yesterday. I slipped it into the slot and it immediatly reconized the new mem card. No problems and no special programs was needed. It gave me the full 4 GIG capacity (3878.50 MB), Guess Im lucky.

Any problems getting your computer to recognize the card? I also have a 4GB card and my computer doesn't recognize it (using a microSD to SD adapter). The card works great in my Mogul though.

My Toshiba laptop at home has no problem recognizing the card (it has Vista). But my work card reader for Windows XP or the cardreader in my printer do not recognize it.

It's weird because my computer recognizes my 512MB micro sd no problem - I guess that means the micro sd to SD adpater is working fine. There must be something up with the fact that the 4GB is SDHC. I need to figure out what the problem could be. 4GB SD cards work fine though so I don't even know where to begin.

I think you have to have a SDHC cardreader in order to read it on most computers.

If my computer reads a 4GB SD card, shouldn't it be able to read a 4GB micro sd card via a micro sd to sd adapter? They're both 4GB SD cards if you really think about it.

The card reader must be SDHC in order to view the card. In my own useage, I have found the SDHC card readers/adapters will read SD cards, but a SD only card reader/adapter will not read SDHC cards.

Micro SD and SD are totally different even when using the adaptor. But you alos haave to take into fact that the card is Micros SDHC not just Micros SD. Its two different formats.
