Anyone get Miomap and external GPS working on Titan/Mogul?

OK...so I went and bought a snazzy external GPS for the Titan (Holux m-1000) and it's great and I got it working with Windows Live and Google Maps. My only problem is that now I want it working with a "real" GPS application that has voice turn-by-turn commands. I found a few that I want to try out but the maps are HUGE data files. I do not need a map of the entire USA and I would rather just be able to load it by region if I did need anything more than Florida. Long story short, Miomap has just the Florida map so I wanted to give that a whirl...only problem is I cannot get it to recognize my GPS unit. Anyone have any luck with Miomap or any other software that just has regional maps? I heard iGuidance is good but 1.1GB's of maps takes away a lot of my mp3's :P Any help is appreciated!

Send a message via ICQ to andason
miomap works on my mogul.

the only thing i do is select the com port when setting up the gps unit (7 i think)

and then select the same port in the miomap settings.

Hey, just a little update...
So I decided to finally play around with this today and it took me like 10 minutes and I banged it out. I had it originally set to COM0 and I think mio cannot use COM0 for some reason. Changed it to COM2 and bang, done. Thanks for your help!
