are there dumps of alltels or telus wm6? need a few files

went on the ftp. didnt find much other than a 700mb txt file!? i need rather desire the following dlls from an alltel or telus wm6 titan. this could result in better dialers. I'm desperately trying to find a way to skin the progress screen's buttons.

tapres.dll

tapres.dll.0409. mui
phcanhtc.dll and/or phcanrc.dll
phonecanvas.dll

bump b/c the yankees are sucking right now. even if someone with an altel or tellus wm6 titan could copy files over, although some of them you can't copy over.
