How do I backup original rom before upgrade

I cooked my own 6.1 ROM a while ago, now I want to try some 6.5 ROMs and see if I like any of them. But I want to keep a copy of my original ROM(which I can not find on my computer now) in case I want to roll back.

How do I back up the rom? (I already backup my contacts, docs, etc. )

Thanks!

I forget how to do it but it isn't a real easy process.

Re: How do I backup original rom before upgrade

If your profile is right, all you need is to grab the ROM from HTC's site. Whatever you put on it, just grab the ROM update here: http://www.htc.com/us/SupportDownloa...cat=2&dl_id=73 and then you're back to stock.
