1st Hard Rest - RIP Mogul v1

So I pull my phone out my pocket as I do everymorning when I get to work, and I cannot turn it on. No Biggie. Soft reset - It comes up. But MS Voice Command won't load. SPB Phone suite is missing all of the settings I had set, and Threaded SMS wasn't there. Weird. Something must have gotten messed up in the registry.

Oh well. 30 minutes later, and everything is ALMOST back to normal.

Ya - I backed up all the data before the hard reset.
