You are right. It's slight, but noticable. And it is also dependant on how sensitive you are to things like these. To me it bothers me a lot. I would be calling Sprint / taking it to the store.

I notice small changes in color w/ the scroll wheel as well as the touch screen.. but I had not even considered a return for this.. if anyone here DOES return their device over this issue (For another Mogul) please post about the experience and the resulting unit you received in return (if it's any better, etc).

I plan to test drive Mogul's at couple of Sprint stores around and will go in for replacement only if I see any demo units which do not have any issues.
