What I did is setup DeviceLock like this:
1. Assigned it to the Voice Speed Dial Button (Button 5 I think).
2. Selected Suspend Device & Easy Unlock from Start > Settings > System > DeviceLock.
This way, in lieu of using the power button to turn off the device, I just use the VC button, which now both locks and turns off the device.
