IS there anyway to Increase ringer volume any Louder?

I know how to adjust the volume but even the highes setting rings pretty low especially if you use a music ringtone. Does anyone know of any progragrams or ways to get louder ringers or louder speaker volume?

I used an audio editing application on my PC to make the mp3's themselves louder. Now they're much louder without using an app to increase ringer volume.
