if i try to make a call say to my voicemail i get the recording"welcome to verizon your phone...... blah blah blah
so do i down load the grabber right to the phone?

Are you sure you are dialing the correct voicemail format for sprint. No you cant get much of anything off the other phone other than phone numbers. What happens when you try to dial out a phone number and not voicemail

same messageno matter what i dial.

is there anyway i can get the original sprint 6.0 back on the phone??? would that even help?
