That's for a ringtone, not a calltone.

The call tones are the ringback tones that the CALLER hears when they call YOU, not what you hear when they call you.

This may not be helpful for everyone since most people probably only have their Mogul but what I've done is do a ESN swap (change phones), then log in, change my call tones, then switch back to the Mogul.

It's seems highly unnecessary, and believe me, it is. However, that's the only way I've gotten around it.

I think it's stupid for the obvious reason that it DOES work, why can't we have access?
Also, lets say you have some stupid calltone as a joke, and then trying to look for a job and putting your cellphone # on your resume. It's going to look bad.
They should at least have an option to remove them...

I called customer service for this same issue last night, along with other issues im having with sprints extra services for this mogul. You cannot get call tones working on this phone. which is absolutely absurd. If you try to search even for call tones which there is no link for in the digital lounge as i was told by customer service, it just redirects you to ringtone and contact managers which all range between 19.99 and 29.99. you cannot even purchase them via adding it to your bill either. Very frustrating due to the fact that i have a 3rd party dealer line and get 50 dollars in sprint downloads for free a month, so far it seems i cant download anything anymore with them. So basically if you have a wm6 phone you cannot have regular call or ringtones anymore. and the sprint music store never works on my phone even though i upgraded to rom 2.17 i have a service ticket on this, so when they get back to me i will reply again to this thread and let you guys know if i hear anything else back about call tones. i'll try to find out if any of those apps allow you to have call tones.
