No SMS

I don't know what happened to my phone today. My Mogul (almost 2 years old) has been on its way out for a while and it might just be time to jump over to Verizon and resign, until then I need some help.

Today I noticed that the phone would light up as if I was receiving a text but then nothing would happen. I had a friend sitting next to me send me a text to see what would happen and it would light up, then nothing.

I am running a DCD 3.2.5 ROM and it has been working ok, a little slow and I finally disabled TouchFLO because it was just too slow and always would close and then take a full minute to reload. It might be time for a hard reset but I was just wondering if there is something that would cause it to all of a sudden stop receiving SMS messages in the way that it is. I also tried emptying the SMS folder but that hasnt helped.

I got tired of waiting and hard reset. Now it works. But I would curious to know still if anyone knows why it did that

How long ago was your last hard reset? These things build up junks files and need a hard reset every few months.
