Got punched, my phone was a trooper!

So I was at work last thursday and ended up in a fight with some guy because he didn't want to leave (I work armed security) ANYHOO i keep my phone in my right shirt pocket, also happens to be the same place the guy laid one on me. So with the combonation of a fist and a vest my phones digitizer took a beating.

The LCD works just fine but with the layer of glass being broken behind the digitizer I cannot control it.

This was number 6 as far as refurbs go from the sprint store. and the most well behaved at that. I contacted asurion to start a claim but stopped short when i discovered that they are still giving out moguls. Dont get me wrong, i understand that its not an upgrade service but I am beyond done with the constant refurb loop its sickening. I had to go through 14 6700s due to charging and radio issues before i finally shelled out about 400 bucks for a mogul (i will no longer do contracts). this thing is the same way, dropping calls or just not connecting when dialing out... all of the refurbs have been the same way. So.... How does one go about convincing them to send a touch pro (preferably NIB, but a good refurb will do) as a replacement for my mogul even though they have moguls on hand???
