changing files from read only? Solved

I am not sure if this is a wm6 thing or 6800 so excuse me if I posted in the wrog forum. I want to move a few items out of my Windows startup folder on my 6800 but am prevented from this bc they are read only and I blocked from changing them. Any ideas?

You could try using Total Commander to unset the read-only attribute before moving. If this is not possible, then maybe you are trying to move a file that's in the rom, which simply can't be done. (At least on the 6700, many of the files in the \windows directory are actually located in the rom, not in the device's storage memory.)
