I believe this is the right reg entry. You would of course need to change to the folder name of your choice.
I use s-k-tools to set this up after a flash, nice, easy... HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main\Default storage location "All Files"="\\Storage Card\\Downloads"
