New PRL 60610 available on corolada

well i called *2 for an update, then..

using QPST, i extracted it from the mogul, then opened in the RL editor and saved in .prl format

i only figured this out cause i had to move VZW SIDs up in priority on anything post 60606... (the file i posted to corolada is not my modified one)
