Unable to copy pictures from PPC6800 to PC

So when i plug my phone into my computer, everything Synchs correctly and I am able to browse my phone. When I go to the pictures folder and try to copy pictures from the phone to my PC it goes through through the status bar like it copied over but the pictures never appear on my PC.

Have done this on three PCs with the same result. So i can safely say its an issue with the phone (maybe a setting I am missing).

Help please.

Re: Unable to copy pictures from PPC6800 to PC

If you are looking for a work around, you can try clicking the button in activesync that lets you browse the files on your phone. Get to your pictures folder and try copying them that way. Drag and Drop or whatever.

Also, you may be saving the pictures you are taking to a location different than the folder that activesync is trying to sync with. I hope this helps in some way.

Is this only for pictures or all things? like try making a word document and copy that over.

Also, there is a setting Advanced Network Functionality, try toggling that.
