Strange problem: Only part of contacts synchronized

I'm having the same issue with ActiveSync.
I updated the ROM image on my 6700, then did my ActiveSync, most of my contacts sync'd, but some didn't. I can't find anything that would explain why some contacts were sync'd and some were not. I have over 600 contacts, don't want to have to open each in Outlook and save, as indicated in the solution above.

Anyone else with this issue...?

I'm going to search the forum more to see if I find any other answers.
