Alltel 6800 MMS and application issues

Weird thing is though, it will send a picture, and it will say message sent but my wife's phone does not get it. I can send a picture to my self, and I receive it shortly after it is sent...

Something is missing, or either it's Alltel's network that is still having problems now....

Once you get it 100% will you post full instructions on how you got it working on the 6700 I have one of those to that i would like to get it on to.

I need to know what are all of the settings under :

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Arcsoft\ArcSoft MMS UA\Config\mm1
&
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Arcsoft\ArcSoft MMS UA\Config\ui

in the registry of the Alltel 6800....

Both send and receive are working on my phone!!!!! And I had the answer to the riddle the whole time!! I used the Verizon version of the MMS software.....
