Importing Contacts with xmlContactsBackup program

Does anyone know how to import contacts from the "xmlContactsBackup" program? I used the program to backup my telephone contacts before doing a hard reset. However, there doesn't seem to be any instructions on how to restore the contacts after resetting the Mogul. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!

After resetting the Mogul, you have to reinstall xmlContactsBackup. Run the app and there should be a Restore button. Click on that and the program will ask you where you saved the contacts. Point the program to the directory where you saved your contacts and click OK. The program should then list all the contacts found in that directory. You select the ones you want to restore.
