Opera Mini 4.2.14320 locks up after a few minutes...anyone else?

After using Opera Mini for a few to several minutes, the phone will lock up. If I only need to check one or two things, I'm fine, but if I use it as my primary browser, it will constantly be doing soft resets. Just wanted to see if anyone else has the same issue with their mogul. This is my 2nd mogul using Opera Mini, and the same issue occurred with both. I have the most recent stock HTC/Sprint rom (3.56.651.0, radio 3.42.02). Just curious if others out there are having the same issue.

I typically use skyfire, but mini runs much better with gmail

On a side note, does Opera Mobile 9.5 run decent on the Mogul?

Hmm, I used Mini fine on the Apache, but haven't tried it on my Titan/6800. I have, however, had a few issues using Opera Mobile and PIE, data-heavy sites can sometimes lock it up, and it's vastly less responsive than the Apache was when that happens. I'll try installing Mini as a backup soon, PIE's much better with 6.5 than it was with 6, yet still lacks a few features I want (Tabs, and general responsiveness).

Re: Opera Mobile 9.5, I'd suggest trying the new 9.7 beta instead. 9.5 was designed entirely for touchscreen devices - you couldn't use the hardware keyboard at all, incredibly annoying. 9.7 fixes that. Bit slow, and it has locked up a couple times, but awesome when it works! Yay the new Turbo feature.

You have wrong java applet in ur device. In my case jbed 20080222 3.1 is most stable applet.

I am on mogul using opera mini so I cant upload it....

Is that an older version? I have 20080521.4.1
