I downloaded several of these games for my PPC-6700. So far, only Bejeweled doesn't seem to work at all. However, I've only been able to figure out an input method for a couple of them.

The stylus doesn't seem to work for any of them, but the left and right soft keys work on a couple, as does the joystick. Is there a "standard" input method for these Java games, or is it however the programmer wrote them, and some just won't work on the PPC-6700?

I'm gonna guess exactly what you said. For the most part, I wouldn't expect a java game to have touchscreen support. Java is for the phones that don't have a WM or Palm OS behind them that can run more 'normal' programs.

So in short - odds are the directional pad (or the 2, 4, 6, and 8 buttons on the keyboard) and the two 'action' buttons (the two dot buttons on the bottom next to the pad) to be the ones that'll work.

I've been able to get several to work, but can't get Super Mario All-Stars or MF Radio. Any suggestions on an internet radio program?

well.. this is interesting.. java allows multiple buttons to pressed at the same time.. does that mea our problems with pocket nester plus are software related?

are there any other java engines that allow us to map keys?
