Titan Tethering

meh, i got like 10 pages of unrelated tether search results, so I am gonna noob post this one. Havent tethered the Titan in awhile. Got a new asus eeepc and need to get it set up again. What all do i need to do to get it set up again?

I need to install microsoft active sync, correct?

Just fyi, I am running an older ROM....winmo v6.1 so I am a little out of date. I really dont feel like upgrading the ROM either.

What is the reg edit I need to perform again?

SIDE NOTE***
I have WmWifiRouter v.91 installed, but it stopped working correctly. It will usually say "waiting for ics" and just hangs there....any solutions?
