Can you get into EPST? ##778 then send. Password should be 000000

Well i dont see any problems with your setup. With that pri and prl with password 000000 then *228 should work. What exactly happens when you dial *228.

Re: *228 doesnt work, post with answers not available
the password isn't 000000, I had to use that program and input my hex serial code or whatever to find out what the password was.
Before I did that PRL update I was getting some guy saying "i'm sorry, this isnt available" which I believe was from sprint if i remember reading correctly or something like that. Post PRL update it is the verizon lady (woohoo) but she says "i am sorry, but we are unable to program your phone at this time" and gives some number to call for customer service after I try option 1 or 2. The phone banners definitely say Sprint PCS, but I think thats from the radio upgrade (I may be wrong). |

Re: *228 doesnt work, post with answers not available
You have to set the spl to 000000 for *228 to work. Use QPST to change this. Changing the radio has nothing to do with the phone reading sprint. You must have put a sprint pri or prl or carrier cab to get that.
