Programs like BTaudio toggle basicly keep the audio gateway open, so eveything is routed to the headset but it closes every time the you turn you device off or sleep,

I have BT Toggle installed and have going into Programs to activate while listening to music and paired wit my JX10 and it did not redirect the audio. Is there someting more I should be doing? Should it be activated before or during audio play back?

Make sure the headset and the phone have the bluetooth turned on. Go to your phone app, is the headset icon on the far right. if so, then all you should have to run the file called BTAudioToggle. On mine I have to press it a couple of times. You will know the gateway is open when you hear a little bit of static from your headset

well I got it to work last night. I had some BT Toggle Cab installed not BT Audio Toggle exe. I thought everone was just being overly picky when saying the sound quality is bad but man that IS bad. Anyway to improve? Also, any settings that allow it to work while the phone is on vibrate?

I used to use this on my Cingular 3125 (HTC Star Trek), but the audio quality was much better (using the same BT headset, Motorola H700), so I'm really disappointed at these results with the Mogul. Also, I had to disable the voice dialing program to get this to work on my Mogul. Does anyone know of any similar apps/hacks/etc that redirect the audio with better quality?

Go to Start->Settings->Personal->Voice Speed Dial, Then click on the Settings Tab, and check Disable Voice Speed Dial
You can stop it from running at start up by deleting /windows/startup/sddaemon.lnk For some reason this is missing on my phone. |
