I TAKE THESE PHONES APPART OFTEN AND I NEVER HAD A PROBLEM LIKE YOURS..BUT THERE ARE 2 MAIN FLEX CABLES ON THE BOARD ONE IS FOR THE KEYBOARD AND THE OTHER IS FOR THE LCD I WOULD JUST DISCONNECT IT AND SNAP IT BACK IT PLACE MAKE SURE IT IS PRESSED IN ALL THE WAY.IF THAT STILL DOSNT WORK U MAY HAVE DAMAGED YOUR FLEX CABLE WICH IS THE CABLE THAT SNAPS IN THE BOARD FROM YOUR LCD..
