Any tips on how to edit the Icons?

I see I can change the IconIndex value and get a different system icon, but how can I get an icon to represent... say, SlingPlayer? I can get the icon to launch SlingPlayer just fine.

Do you know exactly what the key "ResPath" does? Maybe a path to a dll that contains icon images?

I figured it out myself.

When editing the items in the reg key above:

LaunchApPath(ab) = full path the application you want to launch
ResPath(ab) = full path to a file containing the icon you want.
iconindex(#) = the index number used to call on the icon you want from ResPath

to get the iconindex number, use a program called rViewer on your PDA. You can find it here:
http://handheld.softpedia.com/get/Sy...er-16952.shtml

If someone wants to chime in and tell me why the battery icon and rotate screen icons on this is setup differently then the other applications, I'd greatly appreciate it.

I don't have any need for the worthless battery icon in this home plug, and I've found that just deleting the dword referring to it seems to work. But, I can't remove the screen rotate and the battery, then it goes heywire.

Thanks,
nick
