Ok after hours and hours of searching, and trying to get things to work, i need help. I have the code to get into ##778#, I have QPST and finally got it to connect to my phone, now where im stuck, the NVM folder is locked and i can't figure out what to do next. Any help would be appreciated, im new to all of this, just trying not to kill the phone lol. wow esn swaps are hard

OH yea, since i got the drivers to work to connect the phone to QPST i can't connect to active sync anymore. Was trying to transfer the 00069 prl to the phone
