Uninstall HTC Home plug in and Dial pad.

Can anyone tell me the direct path I need to follow on my 6800 in order to uninstall the hacks for the dial pad and my home screen?

Both should be under Settings - System - Remove Programs. At least I know the Dial Pad was there when I uninstalled it.

I HIGHLY recommend doing a Soft Reset and uninstall them right afterward. Let's just say that the Dial Pad didn't unload right when I did it and I had no phone software running at all (pushing the Phone button did nothing) until I did so.

I got the same thing, but I had to hard reset... it sucked, but lesson learned.

I'm getting so fast at remodding the registry, I guess that's an upside

All I had to do was soft reset, reinstall the HTC Dial Pad, soft reset, uninstall, soft reset, and poof! my old dial pad was up and working again.

Yeah, it was annoying, but it kept me from doing a full reboot of the phone.
