downloading errors

I recently purchased IM+ (dont ask why) from my phone through the sprint powerdeck. I downloaded and upon completion it gave me an error saying the program was not a valid program... any ideas? thanks

Yes you downloaded an .exe not a .prc file.

sooo is it a total loss or what?... why would they list that program under ppc 6800 if its not compatable

You probably need to run the .exe on the PC you use to sync your phone with. From what I've seen, several places have given me a .exe that I use on the PC and next time I sync my device, the application is installed onto my phone.

im pretty sure you're right... I cannot sync with my laptop for some reason, I've been through just about every tech support trying to figure out why... when I get home from vaca ill try on my desktop.. thanks
