Mogul/Titan power button problem and constant resetting

I have a Titan with Olipro 2.40, Radio is 3.42.02 and Iphone Beta ROM for past 9 months. Never had any problems until yesterday. Phone's power button would not turn on device. So, I decided to soft reset it to no avail and then I decided to hard reset. However, neither solved the problem. Then all of a sudden the phone would constantly reset it self over and over. I cannot receive texts or phone calls once it turns off (blinking green light still blinks though )

I decided to install a different ROM, which was the WM 6.5. At first the power button would function fine for about 15 minutes. Then what do you know it begins to have the same problems as stated above. I decided to install the Iphone ROM again and I'm still having same problems. I've searched the site for awhile now. Anyone, heard or know of this problem?

You've changed the software a couple of times with no effect, so this is sounding like a hardware problem. DOA I'm afraid.
