Bad bluetooth radio, Mogul / 6800

With all the chatter about bluetooth problems I thought I would post my experience with my Mogul.

I was experiencing bluetooth chaos on my phone. It would pair just fine to headsets and speakerphones (I tried several) but when I tried to use them in a call I could not hear anything. Further, after call attempts with the bluetooth (initiating or answering), the phone seamed to freeze up and would randomly re-boot. I swapped the phone under the 30 day Sprint deal and the new one works great. I have no complaints of static on the other end and all functions seem to work well except I can not initiate Voice Command by pressing the button on the headset.

Anyone know why VC can't be started on the BT device?
