Screen won't turn on but the rest of the phone does?

I have a Mogul that I've been running a custom rom on for a while now. I got off an airplane today and turned on the phone, and it vibrated like it always does. The green LED stays constantly lit, and the screen shows nothing. When I do a soft reset, it vibrates and does the same thing. Tried a hard reset, and it vibrates but still the screen shows nothing.

Taking out the battery and putting it back in doesn't change anything. If I don't turn the phone on, and plug it into the wall, I get a constant red LED.

Am I SOL?
