Mogul in trouble, need help

I have a mogul 6800 that i am trying to let my wife use. I am being told the esn is blocked and ive tried using the get spc program to unlock it and the code is supposedly incorrect. I have already updated the boot loader to titan 2.40 and now I am lost. My wife loves this phone and I need to know step by step what I can do to make it work. It woud probably help to know, I bought the phone from sprint and sprint is the only network it has ever been used on. I really appeciate the help.

Is it a verizon phone? If so the msl is 000000

With you saying the ESN is blocked are you saying you cannot use it because it has been blacklisted? If the phone was originally bought from Sprint then 000000 will not work. You are correct in trying to use GET SPC but I cnt really help on that one because mine is VZW and I doint have those issues. However, another way I thought about getting the SPC is this,

1. Look HERE and get WModem Drivers and QPST 2.7
2. Go thru steps 1 thru 8 and 8 should display the SPC.

If never had to get a SPC before and maybe this is how you guys already do it. IDK. But maybe this will help if you normally do it a different way.

If the ESN is blacklisted, then you're done and you wasted your money. The only way for it to get lifted is for the bill to be paid.
