Assurion out of moguls!!

After recieving three defective mogul refurbs i called up to see about being upgraded to a different phone, the rep told me she could go as low as 200 on a touchpro if i renewed the contract. One thing led to another and i got cut off and got in touch with another account manager. He informed me that the insurance company (assurion) was out of moguls and if i made a claim i would get a touch pro. Sure enough i did that and got a brand new touch pro for $50 without extending the contract, He called back to follow up and asked if i would fill out a satisfaction survey, and needless to say i did
