Carrier cab and kitchen....

Do i need to flash a carrier cab along with the kitchen, or is it already
included in the kitchen...
I saw it in the DCD instructions...I suppose they don't apply to the kitchen ?

Since my gps isn't working as of yet - I'm actually downgrading my phone and then upgrading it back to a custom rom and trying to follow the instructions I was given....
