Problem with flash

I just flashed a mogul from Sprint to Cricket for a friend of mine and managed to get the phone, internet, and text working just fine. However, the mms is not working. When someone sends this phone a pic. message I get this on the screen :Cannot decode MMS notification." Anyone have any ideas on this? This is really frustrating considering I flashed my touch with no problems and everything works just fine.
