BBB Complaint Mogul Missing Calls

I filed a BBB complaint because Sprint refuses to fix my Mogul issues I keep having. Sometimes it just rings once and goes to voice mail...sometimes it just goes to Voice Mail. After several replacement refurbs from Asurion and $50 for a few of them I filed the complaint and hit a nerve. They refunded the charges but will not upgrade me and since the device is discontinued HTC will probably not fix the issue. So....

If you have the same issue and have been charged, maybe the BBB will help you too?

Did you ever think that after several phones and changing them out that it isnt a phone issue? Its not an HTC issue. Its a carrier issue on the server side.

Yeah sprint is having problems with your phone connection to their servers

I am contemplating filing a complaint against sprint as well. I am tired of getting replacements. The phone is just not working and sprint refuses to give me an upgrade.

Hvae you adjusted your SCI? IF you can get into the EPST:

EPST->View Info->Modem Settings->SCI (Slot cycle index) the SCI is probably set to 2 (give or take) .....I currently have mine set at 0....My gf does tell me that I am answering quicker (and also that I had better answer quicker).....

the SCI has to do with how often your phone checks in with the cell towers....I have noticed no difference in battery, but I do also have my data connection going pretty much non-stop.....I have read others saying that they have not noticed a difference either....

WoW!!! lol people are doing BBB complaints for bad cell phone reception now? amazing. From what I'm seeing, maybe it's just you don't need to be with Sprint any more. Maybe you should check out some other service providers in your area. I don't think an upgrade would help you at all.

I agree, if your getting bad reception and dropped calls switch providers. Just cause you complain over and over doesnt mean anything is going to change.
