HELP WITH GMAIL APP CERTIFICATES!!!

Ok, here is the deal The gmail J2ME app doesnt work because you get the security certificate error. Google says that they need Class 3 Public Primary certificate from Verisign with ID of 70:BA:E4:1D:109:29:34:B6:38:CA:7B:03:CC:BA:BF

so I go to the certificate manager and I look at the Class 3 Public Primary certificate and it is expired as of 1/7/04...Now why would sprint put an expired certificate on the device?

I have tried to delete it and I cant find it...I even added another certificate to the device from the verisign website...it adds fine, but the J2ME does not work, I think because it notices the expired certificate first and then denys it. I can delete the new certificate I added but not the expired one...does anyone know how I can delete the expired certificate? possibly through the registry? or maybe the directory that it is in? thanks for any help in advance
