Need help! Upgraded from windows 6.0 to 6.1 and internet doesnt work

I called Sprint customer service about my internet not working and they tried to help me with this code and it didnt work. They transfered me to Sprint Tech and they didnt help me out either... So they told me to go to the Sprint store here but they didnt know the PROBLEM.. WTF RIGHT!?!?!
... Pretty much I tried everything but my internet isnt connecting and I cant do anything with the new 6.1 upgrade liek radio, tv, and emailing yet..
CAN SOMEONE HELP!
