Need help! Upgraded from windows 6.0 to 6.1 and internet doesnt work

I called Sprint customer service about my internet not working and they tried to help me with this code and it didnt work. They transfered me to Sprint Tech and they didnt help me out either... So they told me to go to the Sprint store here but they didnt know the PROBLEM.. WTF RIGHT!?!?!
... Pretty much I tried everything but my internet isnt connecting and I cant do anything with the new 6.1 upgrade liek radio, tv, and emailing yet..
CAN SOMEONE HELP!

do you have your MSL? I suppose you do...

go into edit mode and change your MDN and MSID to your phone number. If you had a different number when you first opened your account, like i did, your MSID will be the old number... both area code first.

also, Blasphamous_Prime gave me the pointer of changing Active Profile to 1 from 0.

have you done these things?

Hey I don't know how to edit but I did change it from 1 to 0.

actually i figured out edit mode.
I changed MSID but idk how to do the other one!

There's always a code 67 or 1012!... it's so weird. I keep updating the software and username.. but it still doesnt work. Sprint doesnt even know whats going on

are you doing ##3282# or ##778#... do the latter

once in ##778# go to:

NAM Settings:
Mobile Directory Number (thats the MDN) that should be your phone number area code first.

MIN1 is your phone number WITHOUT the area code
MIN2 is ONLY the AREA CODE

how do those things look to you?
