Help stuck in 2.40.olipro

I have searched and search for an answer for this and im so so stuck! I need some help.

I was trining to unlock my phone by fallowing this:

As I said I got to the 4 color screen with 2.40.olipro So i searched for stuck in bookloder screen and found this:

I downloaded it and tried to run it and and i get a message about disabling Activesync but i cant figure out how to. Can someone help?
