6700 battery in a mogul...

dose any one know if the stock 6700 battery will work with a mogul?
i own a 6700 now and have an extra battery that i mite keep when i sell my 6700 if i can use it on my new mogul...anyone know if it can be done or have any info on it?

And fyi, 6800 battery significantly larger.

also the connectors are in the side instead of on top like the 6700.

You stated it backwards. :=) 6800 on top, 6700 on side. (Assuming top = top as you would normally hold phone in portrait orientation.)
