ok im back and need help

ok i havent been online where( ppcgeeks or ppckithen) for a mintue! because my ppc6800 was running perfectly no problems and at one time i didnt soft reset my phone for 4 months! i just had to hard reset my phone cuz my wifi router wasnt working anymore but now my nue rom doesnt work!! i need to know the steps to do so that i can take my fresh install of build os and build a rom based off nue rom !? if i remeber correct i have to put files in the programs fold of my computer from the nuerom compressed folder to get build os to correctly bring it up with all options for all programes . help!!
