What about if you bought it on 6/18 and paid 399, you shouldn't be penalized for getting the phone early. i'm gonna email sprint and see.

Just dialed *2 on my sprint phone and asked to speak with someone in billing and they put me thru to customer service billing dept and the rep i spoke with said if you call telesales they will honor the rebate and send it out to ya but since i called billing he gave me a $100 credit on my account right on the spot. Got love good customer service this is the prime reason i wont leave sprint every time something like this happens i call in and get taken care of right away. I suggest everyone else do the same, oh by the way they will only credit you if you purchased the phone online or thru telesales in store purchases do not get the discount

I called *2 and they would not let me use the rebate or give me credit.
They stated I could not use the rebate unless it came with the phone when I got it or my phone was bought in the rebate period. No rebate existed when I ordered my phone, so that is impossible. So I guess I get penalized for buying it early.... |

yes dakidobf that is the same as what they gave me on my account, papped did you buy your phone online or at a local store??? if you bought it online call back and demand to ask for the cancellation dept they will then transfer you to the retention dept tell them that if they don't honor the rebate for you that you want to cancel your account and they will give you the credit on the spot
