Re: I replaced broken display and is not booting now! Help
Did you try taking it back apart and re-seating the connections? I have heard that sometimes makes a difference. Never had to do the swap personally though...

Have you tried a hard reset?
I've run into this issue several times assembling Wizards and, like stated above, reseating the LCD ribbon has fixed it. Since you've already tried that I'm at a loss.

Re: I replaced broken display and is not booting now! Help
Did you buy it off eb@y with a broken screen?
How do you know it was brand new? Well if the display is powering up and you see something, it means you assembled that part correctly. I've replaced my screen on the 6700 without issues, but I knew it was before I broke the screen. Do you know if it was working before the screen was broken? I would say soft boot it a few times and see if it works. If that's a no go, then hard reboot it. If that doesn't work, try reflashing with your carrier's latest ROM. My Mogul froze this morning and I soft booted it 3 times before it was fully working again. 1st time it was stuck on winmo 6.1 screen, second time stuck on home screen nothing was happening, 3rd time was the winner.
