Red face Updated 2.40 olipro and stuck in red, green, blue and white screen
Searched lots of forums, but nothing has worked. I am a noob and stupidly tried updating my sprint htc mogul ppc 6800 using one of the links on this page. I am now stuck on a red, green, blue, and white screen that reads RUUNBH

spl-2.40. Olipro
CPLD-9

I have tried taking out the battery, doing hard and soft resets, etc. but it keeps coming up on this screen. I am using a PC running Vista. Please HELP!!

There is an exit bootloader program. Which is where you are at.

You have WMDC in vista use ctrl alt delete to get to task manager and close wmdc.exe, wcescomm.exe and wcesmgr.exe.
Then run the exitbootloader

It sounds like he just flashed the bootloader. Depending how it was done, he may need to flash a rom now.

I can find the other two to shut down, but I can't seem to find wcesmgr.exe. When i try to run the exitbootloader an error message pops up... cannot open usb port. Please make sure, that USB connection in Activesync is disabled. I already went into activesync and unchecked the usb connection tab. Thanks

What I was trying to update to was the TitanReloaded1.3.4KitchenExtraOE..zip..
