I found the phone pad input keyboad on the XDA Wiki websitge:

Scroll down to where it says Phone Pad (about a third of the way down).

Seems to work pretty well, no problems so far. I like it.

Or sliding the keyboard, then worry about pressing the wrong key, so you could type a message... yup thats exactly what i want.

LOL... hehhee... I memorized how old fashion texting works lol plus the touch screen buttons is larger... and ofcourse not!!! im not going to get myself in trouble just for that...
