Verizon xv6800 50$ upgrade for the touch pro???

Well, I was sent a new one 5 days ago. After 3, the center button on the D-pad disappeared. I called about getting a new one and was told that they were all out in the warehouseand all out in the store... For good. I called the next morning and they shipped me one. I was like, "WTF?" Was I lied to? The guy told me that depending on when you call, its a different call center, different warehouse. So if you call, do it in the evening. When they tell you that they are all out, demand that they send a phone. One that is comparable. Must have windows, keyboard, touch screen, etc. Worked when I upgreaded to the xv6800 from the Treo.

Verizon has kinda crippled theirs. GPS doesn't work with program other than Verizon Navigator unless you work the thing like a loose prom date... I'm sure there are other reasons. (Owner of a VZ Touch Pro... happy wit hthe Touch Pro, but this one isn't as tight as I had hoped for...)

I can confirm they don't have any Titans to send out, except for mine that will go in in a few days---getting TP
